The pitfalls of human existence always seem to prevail. Well, most of the time. But such is the way of the world I suppose. Now, take for instance your common variety cockroach. He knows how to truly survive.
The cockroach doesn't second guess himself. Nor does he get bogged down by details or emotional hindrances. He survives because he knows just how important his existence is. He may not know it intellectually but he knows it intuitively. And even if he gets stepped on he knows that another roach will continue doing what all roaches do. Survive.
We humans could stand to learn a thing or two from the cockroach. How many times have we stood on the edge of a precipice only to be pushed back away from it? Plenty I'm sure. I say it's time to do what we must do in order to ensure the survival of our species. It's time to live like the cockroach.
