Skeletal Arm Sketch

I've been studying a few anatomy books and sketching out different limbs, muscles, bones. It really does help provide a better understanding and appreciation of the human form. And it is a great way to improve one's drawing skills. This one is a simple graphite arm sketch.

A friend of mine who lives in New York has invited me to go visit her sometime next month. She is attending law school over there and I haven't seen her since she left 3 years ago. She is a really warm-hearted and kind person. I really want to just go see her right now but there's plenty of other things I must do first before I can go. Even if my plans fall through I believe I'll just hop in my car and drive up to New York.

Wrapped On A Table

Had the sudden urge to draw some unknown girl wrapped up like a mummy. I also snapped a quick photo of my coffee table before heading out to the library. :-)

Miniature Art

 Two new ACEO's (Art Cards Editions & Originals) which measure 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches. They are also known as artist trading cards. They are a great way for art lovers to collect original pieces without having to spend vast amounts of money.
The first one I titled "Sockets" and the second is titled "Chocolate Eyes." I drew them with a fine-tip sharpie and colored them with some oil pastels. Enjoy.
